What you purchased

TMP Tweaks is a one-time purchase optimization service for PC and console. Once your session is complete, your tweaks are applied and active on your system.

How to request

Contact us through the support page on our site. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We review every request personally and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Payment processing fees

Refunds do not include payment processing fees. These are already paid to our payment provider and cannot be recovered.

Access after a refund

Once a refund is approved, your access to TMP Tweaks services will be revoked.
