💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if:
• You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
• TMP™ is unable to connect to your PC via AnyDesk
• TMP™ cannot complete the service due to technical issues beyond our control
❌ Refunds cannot be issued if:
• You cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session
• You are not present at the scheduled time
• You do not provide access (AnyDesk code) when the session begins
• The optimization session has already started
• TMP™ has completed any portion of the service
