This add-on includes optional advanced configuration steps that are only applied with client approval and testing. These adjustments go beyond the standard optimization process and are intended for users who want to explore additional performance and latency improvements.
Important:
The Technician Optimization Add-On is only available after purchasing TMP Precision System Optimization. This add-on cannot be applied independently or combined with the legacy optimization service.
All technician-level adjustments are performed live during your session and can be reverted if needed.

TMP™ guarantees that all optimization services — Standard ($35) and Precision Performance (Priority) ($50) and the Technician Add-On ($10) — will be fully completed during your scheduled session. We strive to ensure your PC and Fortnite experience are optimized safely and professionally.
Refunds are available only if:
- You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- TMP™ is unable to connect to your PC via AnyDesk.
- TMP™ cannot complete the service due to technical issues beyond our control.
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- You cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
- You failed to be present at the scheduled time.
- You do not provide access (AnyDesk code) when the session starts.
- The optimization session has already begun.
- TMP™ has completed any portion of the work.
Notes:
- Standard and Priority sessions differ only in scheduling and queue priority. Both receive identical optimizations.
- TMP™ strongly recommends following post-session instructions (e.g., system reboot, launching Fortnite to rebuild shaders) to ensure the best performance.
This policy ensures sessions are productive and fair for all clients while protecting the time and preparation invested in each optimization.
